Triathlon workshops

The aim of these workshops is to improve the athlete’s technique in the chosen activity and furnish them with the knowledge of the critical factors that affect performance and the methods that are available to improve upon them.

All Triathlon Workshops feature the theory behind the principles to develop an effective swimming, biking and running technique so that athletes are able to understand how technical mastery will lead to performance improvements.
